Manufacturer Warranty
F&O Imports (“F&O”) is authorized to perform warranty services as approved by Mazzer on equipment purchased from F&O. This warranty coverage is for 12 months from the date of installation and covers repair or replacement of defective parts and the labor to resolve any such failure on site. Installation of equipment purchased from F&O by anyone other than F&O may void Mazzer’s warranty. Water quality not meeting Mazzer’s standards will void Mazzer’s warranty. Field service needs resulting from ordinary wear, abuse, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning and maintenance are not covered by Mazzer’s warranty. F&O must be notified about a warranty service request
before a decision concerning warranty coverage by Mazzer will apply. No warranty service shall be performed without prior authorization by Mazzer. F&O reserves the right to determine if the service request is covered by Mazzer’s warranty or if the cost is the responsibility of the operator. Travel charges may apply if the location is
outside of a major metropolitan area.
